[HG ffc] Include variables of type "int" and "const int" in the list of generated variables

Merge new simplification algorithm from Marie. Seems to work nicely. The number of
terms and signatures size of signatures are reduced for for most forms. This should
also take care of the remaining bug for BDM and RT elements (but more testing is
needed).
