[HG FFC] A dirty hack to 'support' tensor elements by attaching the rank to mixed elements explicitly when calling create_element().

Update references. makedist script failed to update them correctly since
we now have two sets of references. We really need to cleanup the makedist
scripts. They have failed for UFL, UFC and FFC...
