Exposure of all FFC parameters to the PyDOLFIN interface

Hello!

I just realized that there are a whole bunch of command line options to ffc:

  -f foo

which are not exposed in the parameter dict provided by FFC. This means 
that these are not available from the python interface of DOLFIN.

Is this intentional?
