Rob, I'm having problems calling make_quadrature in
FIAT_NEW.quadrature in 1D.

make_quadrature calls GaussJacobiQuadratureLineRule which should have
4 arguments to the constructor but uses only 2 (a and b are missing):

  if ref_el.get_shape() == reference_element.LINE:
      return GaussJacobiQuadratureLineRule( ref_el , m )

Is there an easy fix?
