Well hello, and welcome again, Steve!

On the topic of replying to this mailing list - yes, you do have to
use the 'Reply to all' option in your email client. Just a note for
anyone else who isn't familiar with mailing lists, or who has never
encountered one that works like this. I know it took me quite a while
to get used to 'Reply to all' myself ;)
