[Bug 899327] Re: auto-generated patch in debian/patches

Oops, I didn't see this bug before now, will fix.

The problem is that there is a diff between the released tarball and
what's git-tagged.. not cool but what can you do.

Title:
  auto-generated patch in debian/patches

Status in “certmonger” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress
Status in “python-krbv” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I reviewed python-krbv today and have deNEWed it. However there was an
autogenerated patch 'debian-changes-1.0.90-0ubuntu1' that is not
documented in the debian/changelog and does not contain DEP-3
comments. Normally I would NAK on this as there isn't enough detail to
explain the patch, however the debian/changelog entry of 'Pull from
unreleased Debian branch' was 'ok' in this circumstance and I thought
this might have been intended. Regardless, it would be nice if this
were fixed to have proper DEP-3 comments and an updated changelog.
  Thanks!
