Title:
please remove osutil from the archive

Status in “osutil” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Turns out this package isn't needed after all. Dogtag PKI (in NEW) has
a backported patch that removes the need for this java library. So
it's quite safe to remove, as nothing depends on it and never will.
