The problem seems the python-ipalib.
Error message is:

dpkg: Abhängigkeitsprobleme verhindern Konfiguration von python-ipaclient:
 python-ipaclient hängt ab von python-ipalib (>= 4.6.3-2~ppa3); aber:
  Paket python-ipalib ist noch nicht konfiguriert.
