This dialog is provided by nxclient, if nxclient is not found then it falls back to xmessage.
If nxclient is not installed on the server side, install it and the dialog will be equal the second screenshot.

If you installed nxclient and the problem persist, reopen the bug.

Bug description:
Function is not broken, but it is visually displeasing.  I also run FreeNX on intrepid where this issue does not appear.

The broken dialogue is present both with Intrepid and WinXP *clients*.
