I have the same problem with the conflict but I'm confused with your
answer?

Are you saying that I should use

http://launchpad.net/~freenx-team/+archive hardy main

in my /etc/apt/sources.list?

Or I should download those files from that directory?

Bug description:
I am using ubuntu Hardy amd64 and the:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/marceloshima/ubuntu hardy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/marceloshima/ubuntu hardy main
repositories.

The repository was updated recently and the libxcompshad3 package is not longer valid.
