Message #00165
Session Shadowing
Hi,
I'm trying to use freenx as I would use microsoft's RDP : I would like to connect to a local session using session shadowing.
My understanding was that session shadowing was possible with the 0.7.3 version, and that all I needed to do was to select shadow mode on the client. However, the client show an empty list of available session.
Here is the log :
NX> 105 listsession --type="shadow"
NX> 127 Sessions list of user '.*' for reconnect:
Display Type Session ID Options Depth Screen Status Session Name
------- ---------------- -------------------------------- -------- ----- -------------- ----------- ------------------------------
NX> 148 Server capacity: not reached for user: .*
If I start a NX session, I can see it in the list.
I try using custom sessions, using nx-session-launcher to open my local session, but to no avail.
What am I missing ?
Cheers,
