Hello there Николай, I would suggest asking this question here:
https://answers.launchpad.net/unity-tweak-tool and be more descriptive
about what you actually want. I for one didn't get what you mean by
"Minimise/Maximise windows Unity Launcher"
If you are having issues with describing it in English feel free to use
Russian, I have no issues understanding and writing in Russian and I can
translate to the other team members too.
