Time for an update on this one I think:

In version 0.0.7 (which I suppose is not a final release) the feature is available and working! A big Thank You to the developers.
I had problems activating it via CCSM, it messed up the windows behaviour and so on...also, I think CompizConfig Setting Manager is Really experimental and maybe shouldn't be used on work desktops at all due to its messing up the whole Compiz.

Just curious, with Trusty is this feature in gsettings now?
