When I invoke the utility, I am unable to edit any keyboard shortcuts, such as those found in Unity / Additional.

A list box of configured shortcuts is shown, but double clicking and right clicking on an item both have no effect other than simply to select the item.

How can I edit these shortcuts, and if I unable to edit them through UTT, how can I do so by other means, such as editing a configuration file?
