Dmitry,
#118 did not pass smoke test. Tatyana says that puppet didn't start there
for some reason.

If you guys have any resources / time slots to fix this before Moscow team
wakes up - it would be great. Or at least basic troubleshooting and bug on
launchpad would be also helpful..
