Sorry Max,
everyone is focused on bugs now, and the rest is extensively testing..

Alexandra, will you have a chance to look into Max's request and get info
where the issue is? It's not for 4.1, but we need to unblock
ceilometer+mongo feature, which we want to land as soon as possible after
4.1 in place.
