Deploy nodes with Fuel command line?

`fuel node list` - to get the env and node IDs

fuel --env <cluster ID> node --provision --node <node ID 1>,<node ID 2>
fuel --env <cluster ID> node --deploy --node <node ID 1>,<node ID 2>
