I mean ‘ncclient’. We manually used to install using the below commands –

# git clone https://code.grnet.gr/git/ncclient

# cd ncclient && python setup.py install

do you mean netcat utility "nc"?
If so, then it's installed by default. At least on Ubuntu env I'm running now.
