2nd try:

Added manually via

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/mattva01/ubuntu gutsy main restricted
universe multiverse

then did a:

sudo apt-get update

Then:

sudo apt-get install python-gasp
 
Result:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package python-gasp

Time to rewrite FAQ #31?
