Bug description:
The auto-scale routine is applied to the graph being imported if the use check "Auto-Scale" checkbox in Import Report. It's aim is to rescale coordinates and sizes in order to get the complete graph visible and with good proportions.

An important part seems to be missing: moving the graph's centroid to zero. That should be the default behavior.
