Fixed in rev 1600. However the initial XML parsing cannot be cancelled,
so it could take some time to cancel. StAX should be used to read files
to solve this problem.

Bug description:
The process don't stop when I try to cancel the opening of the attached project. Btw, I can't load it completely even if there is enough memory.
