I'm not able to reproduce this bug,

Be sure to try to reset the label visibility attribute. When using hide
labels from filters and export to new workspace, this attribute value
will be copied and therefore hide labels. Click on reset label
visibility in the action bar at the left bottom of the graph

  display node label on a new workspace

Bug description:
  Big graph (20k nodes, 500k edges), applying a filter on the graph,
  selecting around 90% of nodes and 60% of edges, creating a new
  workspace. On the new workspace, can't display anymore node labels
  (whith mouse rollover) (highlighting nodes doesn't work too).

  Windows7, 64bits, 8GO RAM
