Bug description:
  Way to reproduce:

  0. Load LesMiserables.gexf
  1. In Partition Panel, select Modularity Class, and Apply.
  2. Right-click on the color of the first partition
  3. Choose another color, click on OK
  4. Try to Apply.

  The graph doesn't change. If you click somewhere in this Panel, the
  color goes back to the initial value.
