Title:
Timeline need more precision when dealing with dates

Status in Gephi - The Open Graph Visualization Platform:
  Fix Committed
Status in Gephi 0.7 series:
  In Progress

Bug description:
Actually, the timeline only show two levels of informations : one upper-level, labelized layer (eg Months),
and one lower-level (the small graduations, eg. for days). But this is not enough, because with this system we don't know the year!

The timeline really need three levels of precision (eg. Year label,
Month label, and simple graduation for days or weeks), to be really
  useful.

Also, when dealing with small yearly intervals, and big screen
resolution, the timeline should not show the months as numerical
  values.
