Re: [Question #184475]: gephi utf-8 visualisation of node labels

Question #184475 on Gephi changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/gephi/+question/184475

    Status: Answered => Open

Frank, Tobias is still having a problem:
Hello there,

i´m making a neo4j database (Java, IDE=Netbeans) that uses utf-8 (japanese symbols) as nodelabels.
Those japanese signs are not printed in the overview, an underline is printed instead.
In the datalaboratory the signs are printed correctly.

Is it possible to print those characters in gephi overview? And how do i
manage that.

Greetings Tobias

Sébastien Heymann proposed the following answer:
Hi,

The issue may come from the default font used on Overview. Try to change
this by another one, and tell me if it worked.

Cheers,
Sebastien
