I foresee a huge issue with getdeb v2 being called "a repository". While
technically, it will be a custom one, for all many people will care to read,
it will be a normal repository where they'll get all of their packages
upgraded even if they don't like it.

I come to this conclusion from the ubuntu forums thread, where people only
read the title of the thread and not the post, and from other experience in
social media where for 80%ish or so people,* only the title matters.*

So while technically, it will be a repository, lets refer to it as something
else for most people - otherwise we'll just have a lot of confusion and
misinformation to deal with, which can be avoided if we use a different name
for this new method.
