Hello,
sorry for the late and limited information, holidays time is not the best
time for this kind of problems.

On the past 2 days www and archive services were unavailable, the root cause
is not clear at this time, it was a VM freeze correlated with other
infrastructural problems.

The services are fully available now, we will be researching for a backup
server solution, the goal at this time is not high availability, instead it
should provide a quicker recovery (on backup terms) in case of a major
outage/disaster.
