Status in Intel GMA500 'Poulsbo': New
Bug description:
Hello,
I have installed poulsbo driver a while and everything was ok. After new kernel update I found a solution to reconfigure psb-kernel-source package for a new kernel. That was ok too for a several times. But now I've been noticed about new updates including new psb drivers. So I updated and after restart I've got error message:
(EE) PSB(0): the stolenBase is:0x7f800000
(EE) PSB(0): screnIndex is:0;fbPhys is:0x7f800000; fbsize is:0x007bf000
(EE) PSB(0): First SDVO output reported failure to sync or input is not trainded!!!
and option to run session in low-graphics mode for one time. Other options didn't help.
So now I'm using this option with non-native resolution and very bad graphic performance.
What I've tried:
- reconfigure psb-kernel-source package
- purge all psb driver packages and reinstall again
- reinstalling using apt-get and gma500/ppa source
- reinstalling using script from http://gma500re.altervista.org/scripts/poulsbo.sh
I have Asus eeepc 1101HA, Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala, kernel 2.6.31-22-generic
Xorg.0.log attached.
I really don't know what I should do next. I searched internet and tried everything what I found. I tried to post my problem on forum, but no help.
If u need any further information or I forgot something let me know, please.
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Jan
