xorg.conf doesn't need these options.
exa is activated by default, same for migrationheuristic
and DRI works well so  no need to disable.

Which netbook you have?
which drivers have you installed and how? 
which release of ubuntu are you using?

Bug description:
As said here (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-psb/+bug/393290/comments/9) we need to add these lines to our poulsbo-config package, because at the moment the psb driver freezes and it makes my netbook almost useless (thats why I use the free driver instead :/)
