after installing the EMGD  after the reboot, the keyboard layout  is set
to the USA layout

running natty on asus T91MT

Bug description:
  Hi, this is a bit strange but after installing the EMGD every time I
  reboot, the keyboard layout changes from whatever is set back to the
  USA layout. Is there anything I can post to help? This also happens
  after running update-grub.

  Running Natty on an Acer Aspire One 751h.
