Status in The Unico Gtk+ Theming Engine:
  New

Bug description:
  One thing that never really got attention in Murrine (afaik) is
  rulers. I've attached a mockup that shows some really really pretty
  ones that I found on Dribble. Whatever it takes to make that possible,
  I want it XD
