Any change to fix it without rewritten the theme ? I currently can't
include the fixed theme in 12.10 because there is too much changes, with
too much potential regression or change in the UI.

Bug description:
  Some GTK controls, specially checkboxes (appear as a square ignoring
  the "x"), progressbars, buttons and tabs have a black border. It
  doesn't happen on inactive controls, which respect the colour
  definitions.
