 Howdy everybody first use of the official GMPC mailing list.

I want to get ready to start releasing GMPC 0.21.0.

There are yet several things that needs to be done: IMHO (please input)

Features:
1. Fix keybinding mess.

Others:
1. (Again) get a good overview of what plugins still work and are usable 
and make a list.
2. Look for bugs!
3. Hunt down a rare crasher in gmpc, if mpd gets killed.

Please let me know if things are missing.

Currently many optimizations went into gmpc:
* Lazy load tag browser.
* Do not sort album list. (is slow when mpd is slow)
* Lazy load the 'tabs' in now-playing.
* re-use pixbuf loaders.
* Force use of index key on metadata table. (speeds up)
* Timeout on GmpcEasyDownload.
* Faster database integrity check.
* libunique instead of libbacon.

GMPC will now startup and connect to mpd in less then 400 ms.

Several other improvements went in. Support for adding urls to playlists 
and other stuff. (see git log)
