Re: firefox and thunderbird icons

Mozilla strongly discourages custom firefox/thunderbird icons, or rebranding
their applications while retaining the brand name. I think it's best to
remove these icons to not inconvenience or undermine their brand recognition
and enhance visual consistency (the mozilla icons would not theme everything
without the extras package anyway).

Since it appears to be ok if it's just for personal use, I've included
firefox 3.5 icons and will add tango thunderbird icons to the extras package
for anyone who misses the icons. The extras package is just for personal
use, convenience and at-your-own-risk, so it can have these icons without
problem.

Sorry if anyone feels dejected by these changes. I'll make them available in
"extras" but as for the main icon sets, please understand the reasoning
behind it. Some applications hardcode their own icons, and others prefer
their trademarks not be modified and distributed - in both these cases, I
think it's best to leave the artwork designing to the upstream developers of
said applications.
