This is a bug in the ultimate-edition-themes package not arc-colors.
If Ultimate Edition is going to add their own repository over the Ubuntu
or Debian repositories, they should take care to not make packages that
conflict with official Debian/Ubuntu packages. Please open a bug against
the ultimate-edition-themes package where ever Ultimate Edition tracks
their bugs.

They should probably just depend on arc-colors instead of
supplying their own version. If they make there own local changes they
should either have ultimate-edition-themes declare a Conflicts/Replaces
on arc-colors or install it to a different location.
