Currently, all the shiki-* packages in Lucid suggest the corresponding
arc-* package (shiki-colors suggests arc-colors, shiki-brave-theme
recommends arc-brave, etc) but of course the arc-* packages don't exist.
So regardless whether the Arc-*.png wallpapers are eventually included
in the shiki packages, the "suggest" should be removed.

Bug description:
The arc-colors package, and related packages such as arc-brave, etc., have been removed from the Lucid Lynx repositories, if I understand correctly because they included GDM themes. This means we no longer have the backgrounds that match the shiki-colors/gnome-colors themes. Please consider adding the backgrounds to shiki-colors, shiki-brave, etc.
