[Bug 637309] Re: GAJ largely ignores most files

We'd appreciate if you could provide more details on what is getting
logged and what not, especially the application names, and whether they
are logged by GNOME's Recently Used functionality.

Bug description:
Only a small percentage of the total files I open actually show up in the Activity Journal. Those forgotten include anything launched via Gnome Do or Transmission, which is nearly every file I use. For this reason, GAJ is more or less completely useless for me.
