Hi,
Something strange here, when I do nautilus, as when open a terminal, I
get strange gtk1 appearance of buttons and menus as if no theme or no
engine was working, but when I do "sudo nautilus", a very nice theme
comes in. Any Idea why?

what theme are you using? Run gnome-tweak-tool from the PPA to check.
Most of the themes there are GTK2, so any GNOME3 app will use the
default one, which looks a lot like GTK1. What if you select Adwaita as
the theme in gnome-tweak-tool?

Great! It almost solved the problem, but now something new :
I've got nice theme when chosing adWaita but Terminal is still ugly and so is nautilus, gnome-tweak is also ugly.
Firefox, synaptic, thunderbird are allright.
I don't know what difference remains between those two kinds of apps, are terminal and nautilus gtk3? The difference with root is still there, I mean nautilus has the right theme as root (sudo nautilus) but not as basic user (nautilus).
Thanks a lot for your response, I'm getting close.
