For me, the Alt+[key above Tab] keyboard shortcut was not set after
installing GNOME3 (Shell, more specifically, I suppose) from your
experimental PPA, and I didn't find out about it until just now (from the
CheatSheet on gnome.org).  I don't know if this is just my installation, or
something that happens for everyone.  I also don't know if this is something
you can fix.

If it is, you should, because it is a phenomenally useful shortcut indeed, I
now realise! :)
