Was thinking, if we make GnoMenu a standalone binary executable it may
solve the OAFIID error from bonobo.

There is a way to convert Python script to binary executable and is
explained here:

However, is this advisable? Will the code have to be fixed? Would this
actually fix the OAFIID issue?

I'm not a programmer so I can't answer any of those questions but it
something to look into.
