I will grant you that GnoMenu doesn't respond exactly as Gnome Main Menu
does but it uses Python as the base language and therefore really isn't
going to. As newer features are added some things will respond a bit
differently and require debugging for minor issues. Though I agree this
is a bug its a minor one that has no bearing on performance.

Status in GnoMenu - consolidated menu for gnome: New

Bug description:
When I click on an item in one of these tabs, GnoMENU opens the item correctly; however the graphical behaviour is not eye-pleasing:

At first the block disappears from the item, then the whole view slides back to the top, before GnoMENU disappears.

But the items in the Applications and Favourites tabs behave normally: the block stays until GnoMENU disappears and the view doesn't slide upwards. This is how the normal Gnome-menu behaves. This application only needs to solve some graphical problems and it will become perfect.
