Hi Eric,

I hope you don't mind me contacting you, but I'd like to inquire about
the status and future of the GNS3 and Dynamips packages within both
Debian and Ubuntu.

I myself am a user of GNS3 and have recently become involved with the
Upstream Development team to look at the packaging of GNS3 and Dynamips.

Currently I have created new packages which we are distributing using
a Launchpad PPA (https://launchpad.net/~gns3/+archive/ppa)

There have been quite substantial code changes in both GNS3 and
Dynamips and as such the versions currently available in the Debian
repositories are quite out of date now.

I look forward to hearing from you.
