Basic build changes in place and the HTML page is opened in browser when
user selects Help -> Contents. We can track any improvements to this in
github now.

Bug description:
  Instead of showing the boring 'start with' dialog, show GNOME help
  viewer for both the introduction text and the 8085 manual (that is
  currently implemented in rst format).
