You can file bug reports and make feature requests from the Gourmet GitHub project page:

Gourmet maintenance activity is unfortunately low. I'm in the process of
learning and at the same time cleaning up the code base in preparation
to upgrade the application to Python 3 and the latest GTK. I'm hoping to
have something by the end of summer.
