Since the upgrade to 375.89 my clocks don't seem to be right just like
378.09 were. Here's my results with the minor version upgrade:

see 375.26 had my card at 1137/3580 MHz but with 378.09 they're much
lower 378.09: 135/324 MHz and 375.89: 540/810 MHz. My overclock in the
NVIDIA X Server settings is -23 on the core and +150 on the memory.
I'm going to purge the drivers and reinstall them to see if I can get a
better result.
