Nvidia Prime broken on 396.18

Hi Guys

Looks like the new driver 396.18 breaks nvidia prime, Not able to switch
to nvidia anymore. Even the Nvidia Control panel does not launch.
Through Command line, It gives the following Error "unable to load info
from any available system" . Anyone has the same issue ?
