Correct, carbon-agent is no more. Carbon was rewritten to use Twisted
and the 3 processes got consolidated back into one for now. So now you
just start carbon-cache. Carbon-relay is only used in a cluster, I will
try to put some wiki docs on how to setup a graphite cluster in the next
week or two.
