I'm not sure how this issue arises, I assume it would be related to your
apache config. The ticket outlines a patch to django itself which I
would advise against because it will break if you upgrade django.
Another possible solution would be to ditch mod_python and use mod_wsgi
instead. I am going to make that the default in the next version
anyways.
