This is not possible with whisper, but it is with the new Ceres database
library in the 1.1 branch. Rollup is handled by the ceres-maintenance
process's rollup plugin. The default aggregation method is still
average, but you can customize the rollup function to use whatever logic
you'd like. In the future this will probably become more configuration
driven.
