[Question #165366]: retention policy not kicking in for multiple retentions

I have this as my storage -schemas.conf

[everything_1min_1day]
priority = 100
pattern = .*
retentions = 10:2160,60:10080,600:262974

The first retention works 10:2160 which is 10 seconds for 6 hours. However after that the data is not aggregated and the data does not appear on the graphs. I ran whisper-info.py and it shows this -

xFilesFactor: 0.5
fileSize: 3302620

Archive 0
retention: 21600
secondsPerPoint: 10
points: 2160
size: 25920
offset: 52

Archive 1
retention: 604800
secondsPerPoint: 60
points: 10080

retention: 157784400
secondsPerPoint: 600
points: 262974
size: 3155688
offset: 146932

What am I missing?
